Greenwich Youth Choir Juniors
The new choir for children in Greenwich aged 8-11
Greenwich Youth Choir is for children who love to sing and are ready to work hard, learn fast, and perform to a high standard. Open to children living or attending school in the borough of Greenwich, this choir offers a rewarding and disciplined environment where every member contributes to a high-level musical experience.
Rehearsals are focused and productive, with each singer expected to practise during the week so that time together can be dedicated to developing musical skills and achieving excellence. The choir explores a wide-ranging repertoire, including classical, musical theatre, and traditional music, with dedicated vocal technique training in every session. Members will develop their ability to read and use notation, and there are opportunities for soloists to shine.
