Born in London in 1983, Paul is both an active Clarinettist and Composer whose music has been heard throughout the UK and Europe including the Tête à Tête Opera Festival in London and Megaron, the Athens Concert Hall.

After initial studies at both the Royal College of Music and the Royal Academy of Music, Paul was awarded his PhD from King’s College London in 2013.

In the summer of 2017 he jointly founded the Eos Trio with fellow GMS Tutor, Angela Najaryan. A combination of Clarinet, Violin and Piano, the trio has already performed several times in and around London, including opening the recent St. John’s Smith Square ‘Music Marathon’. In April 2018, the trio will be performing Messiaen’s iconic ‘Quartet for the End of Time’ at the Brunel Museum in Rotherhithe.

Paul has taught in both the Primary and Secondary sector for the last decade, at schools and Academies across the London boroughs, and has experience of both ABRSM and Trinity practical Music exams, as well as working closely with GCSE and A Level students on their Performance and Composition.
